First thing you do:-

First off al make sure that your parent dashboard is activated.

 Next thing you do :-

go to animal jam home page and where I have circled in the pics.

Next it will look like this, ask your parents to sign into it.

Next thing you do, look for your account like mine ayesha9910 and it will look like it is in my pic but not the same user it will be your user.

The last step, just click on safe chat you have it.
